You will drive exceptional customer service, grow occupancy, ensure site compliance, and mentor the team across maintenance, contractor management and financial reporting.The role requires 3+ years of management in customer-facing settings, robust leadership, problem-solving, and a passion for boats.
Australian residency is essential and weekend roster availability is expected.
