Looking for ongoing work with a small, family-run NDIS provider that genuinely cares? At VKR Services, we’re a family-owned business that believes excellent support starts with the right connection. We take the time to match our support workers with participants based on personality, experience and compatibility, creating positive, consistent and long-term relationships.

Experienced & Qualified Support Workers Only

Due to the current needs of our participants, we are seeking applicants with a minimum of 12 months’ hands-on disability support experience and relevant qualifications. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to accommodate inexperienced or unqualified applicants at this stage.

What we’re offering

- Ongoing, regular hours for the right people in Northern/Western suburbs
- Predominantly Monday–Friday shifts. Saturdays available. No Sundays unless arranged in advanced.
- Mainly community access with minimal personal care
- A friendly,



supportive family-run team where you’re more than just a number!
- Competitive subcontractor rates as per below:

Monday–Friday: $46.00 per hour

Saturday: $64.00 per hour

Sunday: $82.00 per hour

Public Holiday: $100.00 per hour

PLUS 12% superannuation on top!

What you’ll need:

- Active ABN and Public Liability Insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
