We are seeking a casual Process Workers to support our peak production season. Based at 15 Depot Street, Banyo, our operation specialises in the manufacturing of printed livestock tags and dispatch of livestock farm management products for the rural sector resellers. Our team is highly dedicated, supportive, quality and delivery focused. This role is under the Graphic Arts Printing and Publishing Award, with applicable overtime rates.

About the role

This is a hands-on, casual production role supporting the manufacturing process. Reporting to the Production Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and safely, while meeting Datamars’ quality standards.

You will work across a range of production and process activities, including machine operation, quality checks, order reconciliation, and general production support. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately and in line with quality standards
- Operate production machinery and follow established work instructions
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Monitor production quality and take action when issues arise
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines
- Maintain clean, safe,



and organised work areas
- Identify and report equipment faults or maintenance needs
- Support inventory control, documentation, and stocktakes
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

About You To be a success in this role you will have:

- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes and machinery
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, process worker, or warehouse environment (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around quality and order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication skills and a strong team-focused approach
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
- A clear understanding of health and safety best practices in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to follow documented procedures, work instructions, and quality systems
