About the Role

As an Optical Dispenser, you'll play a key role in helping patients look, feel, and see their best.

You'll work closely with patients throughout their eyewear journey, providing expert advice, recommending lens and frame solutions, and ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience.





This is a casual position with the potential to cover additional hours as required.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

- Previous optical dispensing experience (essential)
- A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
- Confidence recommending frames, lenses, and optical solutions
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- A positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
- The ability to quickly build rapport with patients
- Solid product knowledge and attention to detail
- Flexibility and reliability to support changing business needs

Additional Requirements

- Ability to cover full-time hours when required
- Willingness to travel and support other nearby George & Matilda Eyecare practices
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport highly regarded
- Availability across weekdays and Saturdays as required
