Casual Software Support Officer (Office or Remote)

We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy person to join our software support team on a casual basis, helping us out during our busiest periods.

About the role

- Assist our support team with customer queries during peak times
- Work from our offices in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, or remotely from home or a remote office, depending on where you’re based
- Shifts are typically offered with around 24 hours’ notice, so flexibility is key
- Support customers using our security desktop and cloud software

What you’ll bring

- Experience with, or a genuine willingness to learn, security desktop and cloud software (full training on our products provided)
- A general understanding of how hardware works, including keypads and PCBs
- Clear,



patient communication and a customer-first attitude
- Positive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- If working remotely, a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace
