Are you passionate about providing quality dining experiences for seniors? Cater Care is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Catering Assistants to join our vibrant team at Uniting - Edinglassie Lodge in Penrith.

In this rewarding role, you will play a key part in serving delicious meals and fostering a warm, welcoming setting for our residents every day.

Roster

Flexible casual opportunities across the week, offering a varied schedule with extra shifts frequently available at short notice.

What This Role Involves

- Assisting with daily food preparation and kitchen setup
- Serving meals, beverages, and snacks to residents with a positive attitude
- Maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, dishwashing, and general kitchen duties
- Upholding strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Delivering efficient and friendly service during peak dining hours

Desired Skills And Experience The ideal candidate will have:

- Prior experience in kitchen assistance, food prep, or customer service (highly regarded)
- Experience in aged care, retirement living, or healthcare settings is desirable




- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team
- Strong attention to personal hygiene, presentation, and safety standards
