Our Delivery & Transformation team helps people successfully navigate and adopt change across Macquarie. Working closely with Technology and business teams, we support the delivery of organisational and technology change initiatives, ensuring colleagues are informed, prepared and equipped to embrace recent ways of working.

What role will you play?

As a Change Manager, you will partner with Technology and business teams to shape and deliver change initiatives that drive successful adoption and lasting outcomes. You will assess impacts, identify stakeholder needs and design practical change approaches that include communications, engagement, learning and readiness activities. Working across a diverse portfolio of change programmes, you will use feedback, insights and adoption measures to continually refine delivery and support colleagues through each stage of the change journey.

What You Offer

- 4-5 years’ experience in organisational change, transformation or consulting roles, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Experience delivering technology-related change programmes, including stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness and adoption activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to assess complex information, identify risks and impacts, and recommend practical actions
- Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts into clear, accessible messages
- The ability to work effectively in changing environments, adapting priorities and approaches as needed while using feedback and performance measures to drive continuous improvement and sustainable outcomes; change management certification is advantageous and experience using AI tools to enhance change practices is desirable
