This is a great opportunity for a Change & Experience Manager or Senior Manager to support strategic transformation across Deloitte's Audit & Assurance business in a hybrid work environment.

What will your typical day look like?

Working closely with the A&A; Lead, senior leaders and the Communications team, you'll support transformation priorities aligned to Deloitte's broader strategy. That includes clarifying what success looks like, anticipating impacts across the business and helping leaders turn complex change agendas into coordinated action.

A big part of your role will be making change practical and actionable in an Audit & Assurance setting. You'll design interventions that reinforce desired behaviours, develop executive-ready communications that frame issues and options clearly, and help leaders drive adoption in ways that improve quality, employee value and client outcomes.

The work will span governance, delivery rhythm and leadership alignment across complex initiatives. At times you'll be facilitating executive forums or cross-functional workshops; at others, you'll be tracking progress,



sharpening accountabilities and helping stakeholders maintain momentum through ambiguity and competing priorities.

About the team

Our Change & Experience team works closely with leaders across the business to deliver meaningful transformation and help shape Deloitte's culture. In this role, you'll partner particularly closely with Audit & Assurance leaders while collaborating with specialists across change, experience, communication, learning and talent to deliver outcomes that matter across the firm.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

Experience in Audit & Assurance, or a closely related professional services environment, with a strong understanding of how quality, risk and client service come together in practice

Deep understanding of change and transformation principles, with the ability to apply them pragmatically to drive adoption and outcomes

Experience supporting or leading complex programs and balancing multiple priorities in fast-moving environments

Strong stakeholder leadership skills, with the judgement to navigate differing views and bring people together around aligned action

Executive-ready communication skills, including the ability to clearly frame issues, options and risks





Experience designing and facilitating leadership sessions, executive forums or cross-functional workshops

Curiosity and a results focus, including the use of AI-enabled tools and contemporary approaches to improve insight, coordination and impact

Consulting or transformation experience would be helpful, but isn't essential
