For over 120 years, Super SA has supported South Australian public sector employees to build financial security for their future. As a branch of the Department of Treasury and Finance, we are trusted to deliver reliable, member‑focused superannuation services that genuinely make a difference. Our people are at the heart of our success, working in a positive, inclusive and supportive environment where expertise is valued, collaboration is encouraged, and meaningful work is delivered every day.
We’re South Australia’s lead agency for economic, digital, and financial policy outcomes. Our work touches every corner of the state, from enabling frontline services to driving digital transformation. And we do it all with one purpose: to make life better for the people who call South Australia home.
Why This Role Matters
Successful change is about more than introducing new processes or technology. As Change Lead, you will help Super SA’s people understand what is changing,
why it matters and how they can confidently adopt new ways of working. Your work will strengthen organisational readiness, support the realisation of project benefits and contribute to better outcomes for members.
About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to shape the people side of significant change across Super SA. Working closely with project teams, leaders and subject matter experts, you will turn complex initiatives into practical change experiences that build understanding, capability and lasting adoption.
You will

- Assess change impacts, organisational readiness and adoption to help projects make informed decisions.
- Create clear communications that build understanding and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Shape and deliver training that gives impacted teams the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
- Identify change risks, resistance and readiness concerns, then work with stakeholders on practical responses.
- Coach leaders and bring project teams together to embed sustainable current ways of working.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Bring proven experience delivering organisational change in a large or complex environment.
- Can influence and guide people towards shared outcomes while building trusted working relationships.
- Communicate complex information clearly and confidently with individuals,
groups and senior stakeholders.
- Apply sound judgement and analytical thinking to solve problems and maintain momentum under pressure.
- Understand business needs and can translate them into practical, fit-for-purpose change strategies.
- Confidently apply change management methodologies and integrate change activities with broader project delivery.
