About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join our team full-time, supporting our Head Chef.

Working under Head Chef's direction, you’ll help prepare and deliver quality food across our café, weddings and functions. This is a hands-on role suited to a reliable team player who enjoys a varied hospitality environment and takes pride in every dish.

Key responsibilities

- Daily food preparation, cooking and service.

- Prepare and present dishes consistently to our kitchen’s standards.

- Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas alongside our Head Chef.

- Support catering preparation and service for weddings, functions and special events.

- Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste under our Head Chef's direction.

- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and safe.





- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience working as a Chef is essential.

- Solid food preparation, cooking and presentation skills.

- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

- The ability to follow direction, work collaboratively and remain organised during busy service.

- A reliable, positive approach and attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work across café service, seasonal demands and functions.

- Weekend availability is essential.
