Chef de Partie – Eating House

Eating House is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. We’re an established Rowville restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, alongside functions and catering.

About the role

- Prepare and cook dishes consistently to our recipes and presentation standards
- Manage your section confidently during busy service
- Complete preparation and keep your section stocked and organized
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and stock rotation
- Work closely with the kitchen team and support junior staff

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a solid experienced cook ready to step up
- Relevant commercial cookery qualification
- Confidence working in a busy à la carte kitchen
- Strong organization, communication and teamwork
- Pride in food quality and consistency
- Availability for nights and weekends
