L’Americano Espresso Bar Perth is looking for an experienced Chef to join our team.

We’re a busy café serving breakfast and lunch, with an Italian influence across our menu. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in their food and can help keep service running smoothly, especially during busy mornings.

About the role

- Help with daily kitchen operations and maintain high food standards
- Prepare and deliver a quality breakfast and lunch menu with Italian influence
- Manage busy breakfast service and maintain a smooth service flow
- Contribute ideas to menu development and improve existing dishes
- Maintain consistency, efficiency, cleanliness and food safety
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff
- Work closely with the team to ensure a excellent customer experience

About you

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef in a busy venue
- Strong breakfast and brunch experience is essential




- Experience working in a fast-paced café environment
- Interest in Italian-style cooking
- Well organised, reliable and calm under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- High standards when it comes to food quality and kitchen cleanliness
