About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for passionate and experienced chefs or cooks to join our vibrant team at The Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club. You’ll be part of a close-knit kitchen team delivering high quality food to members and guests across bistro dining, private events, and club functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with club standards

- Maintain food safety, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness

- Contribute to stock control, prep, and waste minimisation

- Be adaptable to various service styles including events and functions

- Preparing ingredients as instructed by the head chef

- Assisting on the line during service

What You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A passion for quality food and presentation

- Robust time management and teamwork skills

- Availability for a rotating roster including weekends and evenings
