Available Positions Line Chefs Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner services while upholding ISS's reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.

Head Chefs & Sous Chefs Lead and support kitchen operations, meal preparation, and food service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For?

- Previous experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment




- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Strong focus on food quality, safety, and customer service
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant trade qualifications and food safety knowledge

Minimum Requirements
- Australian Citizenship
- Current National Police Check
- Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance, including Drug & Alcohol testing
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Clearance
- Defence or military experience highly desirable
