Our client is one of Australia’s fastest-growing businesses. Headquartered in Sydney, with more than 200 employees globally they have built a robust international footprint, the business now has bold plans to scale revenue many times over in the next three years.

To lead the next phase of growth, they are appointing their first Chief Revenue Officer. Reporting directly to the Founder, the CRO will own the full revenue line across Partnerships, Retail and Premium clients, and build the global commercial engine needed to scale.

What you’ll do

- Own the revenue plan and set targets by channel and region
- Lead growth in the priority markets of Europe, Middle East & North Africa
- Turn traffic into funded,



active clients, and lift retention and lifetime value
- Grow the premium client business with a service model that attracts and keeps top clients
- Build strong channel and regional leaders, and set one clear operating rhythm

What you’ll bring

- A track record of owning and scaling revenue through hyper-growth in a multi-region, client-facing business
- Experience leading partner/affiliate, retail and high-value client channels across international markets
- Strong commercial and data instincts, with the confidence to make calls and move quickly
- A hands-on, low-ego leadership style, and the ability to attract and develop senior talent
- Experience in financial services is valued and are encouraged to apply.
