We are looking for Claims Advisors to join our Workers Compensation team on either a 6-months contract, managing a portfolio of personal injury claims.

What you'll do

- Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to support the accurate assessment of individual claims.
- Ensure legislative compliance timeframes are met while conducting ongoing reviews of medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports.
- Develop and implement appropriate strategies to resolve claims efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Facilitate early access to appropriate rehabilitation services so injured workers can achieve the best possible recovery outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to legislative authorities, employers, and injured workers through legislative compliance, timely responses, and efficient claim management.

What you'll bring

- Previous Workers Compensation or personal injury claims experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- The ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy when supporting customers through challenging circumstances.
- Allied Health experience is highly regarded.




- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen, build rapport, communicate complex information, and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders, including claimants, third-party providers, external bodies, and internal teams.
- Excellent administrative and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage all aspects of a claim within legislative requirements.
- A strong commitment to customer outcomes and a high degree of integrity, helping to meet and exceed customer expectations.
