About the Role

We are looking for an experienced cleaner in short-term rental cleaning to service high-quality Airbnb and serviced apartments. This role is ideal for someone who understands the standards, speed, and attention to detail required for guest-ready properties.

You will be responsible for preparing apartments to a hotel-level standard between guest stays.

Key Responsibilities

- Full cleaning of short-term rental apartments after guest checkout
- Changing and resetting beds with fresh linen
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and balconies
- Restocking consumables (toilet paper, toiletries, etc.)
- Checking for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues and reporting them promptly
- Ensuring the property is guest-ready and inspection-ready every time
- Deep cleaning of each property every month.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience cleaning short-term rentals (Airbnb, Booking.com, serviced apartments, hotels)
- Strong understanding of guest expectations and presentation standards




- Punctual and reliable – must arrive on time and meet strict turnaround times
- Excellent attention to detail – small things matter
- Ability to work independently and follow checklists
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks efficiently

Desirable (But Not Essential)

- Experience with same-day turnovers
- Familiarity with cleaning checklists or property management apps
- Own transport or ability to travel easily between properties
