The Role

Your focus is providing implementation and administrative support to the financial planning team. Duties include, but not limited to:

- Implementation of advice
- Fact finding and validation of clients
- Answering phone calls;
- Diary management and meeting co-ordination;
- Processing and administration of applications;
- Client database management; and
- Administrative support and general office duties.

About You To be considered for this role,



you will have previous experience as a Client Service Officer within the financial planning industry and have worked as part of a team. You will also need the following experience:

- 2-5 years experience working a Client Service Officer within the Financial Planning industry;
- RG146 qualification and/or a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred;
- SMSF experience is preferable but not essential
- Xplan software experience preferred;
- Excellent communication and people skills; and
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office suite experience.
