About the Role

Chadstone Chiropractic is looking for a warm, organised, and detail-oriented Clinic Receptionist to be the first face our patients see. You’ll be the heartbeat of our clinic, managing the flow of a busy front desk while helping patients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in their care. Schedule

- This is a casual, part-time role of approximately 8-12 hours per week to start, with the potential for more hours for the right person
- Required availability: Thursdays 3:00-8:00pm and Saturdays 8:00-11:45am
- Bonus: availability on Fridays 2:00-6:00pm may be added depending on clinic needs
- Ideal for someone looking for flexible, supplemental work rather than a full-time position
- The position begins with a 1-month trial period, followed by an ongoing role for the right fit
- We’re looking for someone who sees this as a long-term role, as we’re investing in the right fit rather than a short-term placement

What You’ll Do

- Greet every patient warmly and manage check-in and check-out
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments, and proactively follow up with patients who don’t have a next visit booked




- Verify patient information and private health fund details, process HICAPS claims, and collect gap payments accurately
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
- Support daily administrative work, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Help keep the reception area, waiting room, and treatment rooms clean, organised, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

- A strong communicator with excellent customer-service instincts
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy, multi-provider clinic
- Computer-proficient; experience with Nookal or similar scheduling software is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Professional, friendly, and genuinely patient-focused
- Prior medical or clinic experience is helpful but not required, as we’ll train the right person
- An interest in natural health and wellness; curiosity about (or experience with) the Gonstead System is a big plus

Job Type: Casual Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
