Freedom Fuels and Trinity Petroleum are looking for a Coffee & Merchandising Standards Coordinator to help deliver a consistent, high-quality coffee and retail experience across our network of fuel and convenience stores.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows what great coffee looks like, has a keen eye for merchandising and enjoys working alongside store teams to get the best results. You’ll spend time visiting sites, coaching team members, checking standards and helping bring our coffee offer, promotions and merchandise displays to life.

Working closely with our Merchandise Manager, Retail State Managers and site teams, you’ll play an important role in improving consistency, supporting food safety and making every customer visit a great one.

What you'll be doing

- Champion coffee quality: Help ensure every cup meets our expectations for quality, freshness, preparation and presentation.
- Keep standards high: Visit stores to check coffee equipment, food safety, cleanliness, merchandise displays and promotional execution.
- Coach and support teams: Provide practical, hands-on training in coffee preparation, equipment use, customer service and merchandising standards.
- Bring our stores to life: Support product launches, seasonal ranges, promotional changes and current coffee initiatives across our network.
- Create great customer experiences: Help teams deliver friendly, efficient service and confidently answer customer questions about products, ingredients and allergens.
- Spot opportunities to improve: Identify gaps, work with store teams to resolve issues and help build consistency across Freedom Fuels and Trinity Petroleum.
- Work collaboratively: Partner with suppliers,



Retail State Managers and Support Office teams to roll out initiatives, improve training resources and support new store openings and refurbishments.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who combines a passion for quality with a practical, people-focused approach.

You'll ideally have

- Experience in retail, convenience, hospitality, food service or a similar customer-facing environment.
- A solid understanding of coffee preparation, presentation and coffee equipment.
- A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for well-presented merchandise and retail displays.
- The confidence to coach, train and support people with different levels of experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to identify issues and find solutions.
- A customer-first mindset and a genuine commitment to quality, cleanliness and food safety.
- The ability to organise your workload, work independently and build positive relationships across multiple sites.

A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate would be an advantage.
