Anonymous Wine Logistics is a freight company who specialises in shipping wine interstate, and we’re damn good at what we do. Our customers love us because we take great care of their wine, communicate with them, and we hustle to keep wine going places!

We are seeking an additional casual driver able to commit to one or two shifts per week and potentially additional shifts when busy or covering other drivers on leave.

On all shifts you will drive our small refrigerated truck (C-class license only).

Shift start times vary from 7:30am to 10am depending on whether you are assisting with the morning unload. All shifts begin at our depot in Heidelberg West. All collection shifts (regardless of start time) finish when the interstate truck is loaded - typically 5:30/6pm. Overtime rates apply after 8 hours.

The 7:30am start involves assisting with the unload of the interstate truck before heading off on your own run - so approx 2 hours of lifting boxes and sorting runs before heading off.

On a collections shift you will go to retailers, warehouses, and wholesalers and pick up all of the orders that have been scheduled for us to deliver the next day. You will return to depot at the end of the day and assist with unloading your vehicle and loading the interstate truck.

On a deliveries shift you will load up your vehicle and head on a route delivering to restaurants, bars and private residences.

We provide you with a scanner and apps via your phone for GPS and communicating with the team.



We have a super supportive dispatch team who will respond to you instantly for assistance whilst en-route.

You will need to be fit – a box of wine can weigh up to 16kg, and you’ll lift and carry a lot of them. We recommend you use a trolley to maneuver, but you’ll still need to be comfortable doing repetitive lifting.

What’s the pay?

Pay rates as per the Road Transport Award (MA000038) apply. This means you’ll be paid a base rate (not $-per-stop), with any relevant penalties attached. Fuel cards provided.
