We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Analyst to support informed decision-making across our Consumer OTC business through financial modelling, market analysis, pricing reviews and commercial reporting.

Reporting to our Commercial Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance and external data partners to deliver insights and recommendations that support the performance of Aspen's Consumer OTC brands and retail customers.

This role provides an opportunity to further develop your commercial, financial and analytical expertise while partnering with a broad range of stakeholders and contributing to key business initiatives and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and commercial planning.
- P&L; Management with robust analysis on the drivers of performance.
- Analyse sales, margin, pricing, trade spend and customer performance to identify risks,



opportunities and actions that improve profitability.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to evaluate business initiatives, promotions, pricing proposals and investment returns.
- Lead liaison with IQVIA for annual target setting and ad hoc analytical requirements.
- Provide regular financial performance reporting, including analysis of ranging proposals, new product development (NPD), investments and business cases.
- Support NPD assessments through commercial and financial analysis.
- Provide commercial support for export sales activities.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance and standardisation of commercial reporting across the Consumer OTC business.
- Deliver both recurring and ad hoc analysis to assist Sales, Marketing and Category teams.

Skills & Experience

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
- Prior experience in Consumer or FMCG market analytics essential (experience with CIRCANA, IQVIA desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting tools and data analysis.
- Proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and functions.
