Muehlhan Wind Service Australia (MWS) is seeking a motivated and commercially minded individual to join our growing team as a Commercial & Estimating Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to develop a career in commercial operations, project estimating and business development within Australia's renewable energy and construction industries.

You don't need experience in the wind industry. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Our Australian business delivers major wind energy projects across the country, working with leading turbine manufacturers and construction partners.

About the role

Working closely with senior management, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the commercial side of major construction projects, from initial enquiries and tender preparation through to contract award and delivery.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting with the preparation of project estimates, budgets and commercial proposals.
- Reviewing tender documentation, project specifications and scopes of work.
- Developing pricing schedules and cost estimates using Excel.
- Coordinating tender submissions and supporting bid preparation.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain information and pricing.




- Supporting business development activities and identifying new project opportunities.
- Maintaining commercial records, project databases, CRM and tender documentation.
- Assisting with contract reviews, negotiations and project handovers.
- Working with operational teams to understand project requirements and construction methodologies.

About you

- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Qualifications in commerce, business, engineering, construction management or a related discipline will be viewed favourably, but are not essential. Previous estimating or construction industry experience would be advantageous, although full training and support will be provided.
