We are seeking reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our growing facilities management team on the Sunshine Coast.

This hands-on position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a variety of commercial properties, including offices, retail premises, hospitality venues and other commercial facilities.

Work is available during the day, after office hours (finishing before 9 pm), and on weekends.

The successful applicants will take pride in their work, demonstrate strong attention to detail and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning across commercial properties.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop and machine-scrub floors.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
- Clean glass, windows, doors and high-touch surfaces.
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal.
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Ensure all work meets company and client quality standards.

Skills and Experience
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- Solid attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.




- Understanding of safe chemical handling and cleaning procedures.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred.
- Availability to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts as required.
