Commercial Manager (Pest Control) | Mr Pesty, Pest Control Solutions

Smeaton Grange NSW | Full time

Mr Pesty has been protecting homes and businesses across NSW since 2004. Our commercial portfolio includes hospitals, large cafe chains, community and disability housing, youth clubs and some of Sydney's best-known tourist attractions. We're looking for an experienced commercial technician who is ready to step up and own that portfolio: looking after it, leading the team that services it, and growing it.

This is a hands-on role. You'll split your time between client relationships, sales and tendering, and being on the tools.

What you'll do

- Be the main point of contact for our commercial customers, building strong relationships and sorting out issues quickly
- Grow the portfolio through new sales and by expanding existing accounts
- Monitor tender portals and prepare and submit tender responses
- Attend site visits to quote and design pest management programs
- Carry out commercial treatments yourself, often outside regular hours (mostly early mornings)
- Lead, support and set the standard for our commercial technicians

What you must have

- A current NSW pest management technician licence
- Solid experience as a commercial pest technician
- Experience across all aspects of commercial pest control, including bird work and bird proofing
- An extremely thorough approach and high attention to detail
- A driver's licence, and the ability to obtain a Working With Children Check, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

What would be ideal

- Experience quoting and tendering
- Experience designing pest management programs
- A solid customer relations or account management background
- Experience leading or mentoring other technicians

What we offer

- Attractive salary plus super + company vehicle + commission
- A senior role with real ownership of a growing commercial division
- An established, ISO 9001/14001/45001 certified business with a supportive team behind you
