Are you a creative communicator with a passion for digital content, marketing and community engagement?

Encircle Community Services is seeking a Communications & Marketing Officer to support the delivery of engaging marketing and communications across digital, print and community channels. This role plays a key part in promoting our services, programs, events and community impact across the Moreton Bay region.

About the Role

Reporting to the Communications and Engagement Business Partner, you will coordinate and deliver marketing and communications activities that increase awareness of Encircle's services and strengthen community engagement.

Key responsibilities include

- Creating content for social media, websites, newsletters and promotional materials.

- Managing and scheduling social media content.

- Coordinating internal and external newsletters.

- Maintaining website content and supporting digital communications.

- Developing marketing collateral using Canva and other design tools.

- Supporting campaigns, events and community engagement activities.

- Assisting with brand management and marketing reporting.

About You

You'll be an organised and creative communicator who enjoys producing engaging content and working across a variety of projects.





You'll bring

✅ Experience creating content for websites, newsletters and social media.

✅ Experience using Canva or similar design software.

✅ Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.

✅ Experience coordinating marketing or communications activities.

✅ Excellent organisation and time management skills.

✅ A passion for community impact and supporting local people and families. A Blue Card or ability to obtain.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

- Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism or a related discipline; or equivalent relevant experience.

- Current Queensland Driver Licence.

- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check), or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
