Are you someone who enjoys getting the detail right, improving processes and making things easier for others?

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and approachable person to join DMAW Lawyers.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an key area of our business, work closely with people across the firm and help us build practical, efficient compliance processes that work for both our people and our clients.

You don't necessarily need to come from a legal background. We are interested in people who have worked in compliance, banking, financial services, risk, or client onboarding, and who enjoy combining attention to detail with problem-solving and working with others.

What will you be doing?

Working closely with senior management, you will be the go-to person for the day-to-day coordination of our AML/CTF processes.

Your role will include

- Coordinating client due diligence, identity verification, and onboarding requirements.
- Working with our lawyers and support teams to ensure the right checks are completed accurately and on time.
- Managing compliance workflows, records, and reporting requirements.




- Identifying potential risks and knowing when to escalate matters.
- Helping colleagues understand their compliance responsibilities and providing practical guidance and support.
- Looking for opportunities to simplify processes, improve systems and make the client experience as smooth as possible.

- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
- An understanding of compliance, risk or regulatory requirements, or the ability and interest to develop this knowledge quickly.

Experience in AML/CTF, customer due diligence or a similar compliance environment would be an advantage, but we are equally interested in relevant transferable experience. Why DMAW?
