Western Work Force is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in managing projects, construction activities and onsite services.

This role suits a driven, hands-on qualified who can take ownership, lead teams, manage contractors and deliver projects safely, efficiently and within budget.

About the Role

You will oversee construction projects and day-to-day site operations, coordinating resources, subcontractors and onsite services while maintaining strong client relationships and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion.
- Oversee construction activities, site operations and onsite services.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, labour and resources.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement and deadlines.
- Maintain safety, quality and compliance requirements.
- Build strong client relationships and resolve project issues.
- Monitor project costs, variations and overall performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery and support business growth.

About You





- Proven experience managing construction projects and site operations.
- Background in mining, civil, commercial, residential or camp construction.
- Robust leadership, project coordination and commercial management skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, resources, budgets and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of site safety and construction compliance.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- A hands-on go-getter who takes initiative and delivers results.
