This is a hands-on, multifaceted role spanning social media, content creation, marketing communications and email marketing. Working closely with the Group Head of Marketing and wider marketing team, you'll bring the Florence Guild brand to life through thoughtful storytelling and engaging content that builds brand awareness, attracts current members and strengthens community engagement and retention.

From developing creative ideas and capturing the character of our portfolios and brands to managing social channels, crafting compelling communications and analysing performance, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to execution.

We're looking for a natural storyteller with a strong creative instinct, an eye for detail and an understanding of how to balance creativity with commercial outcomes. You're comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution, with a genuine passion for creating content that feels authentic, considered and relevant. Proactive and collaborative, you'll bring fresh ideas, take initiative and understand that great content goes beyond following trends — it's about building meaningful connections and giving people a reason to engage with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Social media & content: Manage Florence Guild's organic social channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, developing content calendars, publishing content and engaging with our community.
- Content creation & production: Concept, shoot, edit and publish engaging content across social platforms, including short-form video, photography, Reels and Stories.
- Marketing communications: Develop and deliver brand communications and campaigns that reflect Florence Guild's positioning, personality and business objectives.
- Copywriting & editorial:

Write and refine compelling copy across social media, email, newsletters, websites and other marketing materials, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Email marketing & CRM: Plan and deliver newsletters and email campaigns, manage audience segmentation and database hygiene, and optimise communications to improve engagement and conversions.
- Campaigns & partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and creative partners on campaigns, events, partnerships and potential creator collaborations.
- Performance & insights: Monitor social and email performance, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements based on audience insights, engagement and conversion data.
- Brand & market insights: Stay across platform trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities to grow our brand and community.

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years' experience in social media, content creation, marketing or communications.
- Proven experience creating and publishing content across Instagram and other relevant social platforms.
- A portfolio or reel showcasing your own work, including filming, editing and published content.
- Strong creative instincts, visual storytelling skills and an understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Excellent organisational skills,

attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take ownership and work independently.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, email marketing platforms, CRM and campaign reporting.

Highly regarded: Copywriting and editorial experience, particularly across brand communications, newsletters and marketing campaigns, as well as experience with SEO, paid social, influencer partnerships, PR coordination or premium lifestyle, hospitality and consumer brands. A relevant qualification in marketing, communications or journalism is welcome, but equivalent experience is equally valued. To apply: Please submit your CV and a portfolio or reel showcasing your content and creative work.
