The role

Working with the Project Manager and site team across commercial projects typically valued from $4m–$15m, your responsibilities will include:

- Subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Progress claims and variations
- Cost control and project reporting
- RFIs and project documentation
- Client, consultant and subcontractor coordination
- Maintaining project information through Procore

About you

- Contract Administrator experience with a commercial builder
- Procore experience
- Good understanding of construction contracts including GC21
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Construction Management or related qualification preferred
