About the Role:

The historic Boyup Brook Hotel is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and passionate full-time Chef to join our regional kitchen team. We specialise in classic, high-quality country pub meals, hearty weekly specials, and catering to local community events.

This position is ideal for an energetic culinary professional currently residing in Australia who is looking to relocate to a welcoming regional community. Comfortable, subsidised on-site accommodation is available immediately to help the successful candidate settle in quickly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and cook high-quality pub classics, modern Australian dishes, and weekly specials.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, and minimising food waste.
- Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
- Collaborate on seasonal menu designs and cost-effective food presentations.
- Train, support,



and mentor junior kitchen staff and kitchen hands.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or an equivalent international qualification).
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant full-time experience in a busy commercial kitchen environment.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure during peak services.
- Preference Applicants currently residing in Australia and possess valid working rights.
