Kitchen Hand – Kooco Espresso Nerang

Kooco Espresso Nerang is a community café serving fresh food and quality coffee. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a kitchen, has a positive attitude, and can work efficiently in a busy team workplace.

Experience

- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred .
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, cutting and portioning ingredients.
- Assist chefs with daily kitchen tasks as required.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
- Clean and maintain kitchen work areas and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.




- Store ingredients and food items correctly.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.

Working Hours

- 20–30 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday, mainly lunch shifts.
- Weekends and public holidays off.

Work Eligibility

- Applicants must have valid Australian work rights.
