Who we are In Melbourne, water is essential to our way of life. As caretakers of Melbourne’s water cycle and catchments, we care for water, life, and land across the city. From protecting storages and preparing for floods, to restoring waterways and supporting thriving communities, our work shapes how Melbourne lives.

At the same time, we plan for the future, preparing for climate challenges in a growing city and ensuring it remains resilient for generations to come.

If you want your work to make a real difference, are willing to dive into complex challenges, and believe in doing what is right, you will find your place here.

We're looking for passionate and motivated Crew Members - Natural Resource Management (NRM) to join our team based in Brooklyn. The role involves natural resource management, land maintenance and environmental works delivered in the field.

- Moonee Valley

You'll be joining a supportive, down-to-earth team led by a passionate leader who is committed to safety, development and creating a positive team culture.

- Enjoy working outdoors in all conditions
- Are passionate about the environment and conservation
- Take pride in delivering quality work
- Work well in a team workplace
- Have a strong focus on safety
- Are reliable, motivated and willing to learn

Experience in environmental, conservation, land management, parks, landscaping, horticulture, agriculture or related outdoor work will be highly regarded, but enthusiasm and a great attitude are just as important. What's on offer?

- Ongoing full-time opportunity

- Work across a variety of locations and environments
- Supportive team culture
- Opportunity to develop practical environmental and land management skills
