- Assisting with online order processing and fulfilment
- Supporting daily retail and store operations
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory activities
- Maintaining accurate records and product information




- Assisting with general administration and operational support tasks

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in customer service, retail or administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
