At WES Australasia, we import and distribute electronics, electrical components and accessories to trade and retail customers across Australia.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service professional, an all rounder. who brings more than just a friendly voice. Someone with practical common sense, confidence, initiative and the ability to think for themselves. Because sometimes excellent customer service means finding the right solution, not just saying yes.

What you'll be doing

- Managing customer enquiries, orders and product-related questions.
- Troubleshooting order issues,



stock shortages and delivery concerns.
- Handling challenging conversations and negotiating practical, fair solutions.
- Processing invoices, maintaining records and supporting stock control.
- Working with the warehouse and wider team to keep customers informed and orders moving.

What we're looking for

Someone who's switched on, down-to-earth and knows how to get things done.

You'll ideally bring 3-5 years' experience in customer service, sales support or office administration, along with strong computer skills and excellent communication.

Experience in electronics, electrical products, technical sales or trade retail would be a real advantage. Perhaps you've worked as an electronics technician and are ready to step away from the tools?

Above all, you're resourceful, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
