About the Role

- Location: Based out of Underwood, QLD
- Pay Rate: Casual Rates – Starting at $42 per hour
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday + Occasional Weekend Work (great earning potential!)

Projects will often be based interstate, outside of Queensland (up to 3 months, non-consecutively per year) so there is great opportunity for travel across Australia! All travel and accommodation expenses are paid; plus a Living Away from Home Allowance (LAHA) is provided for eligible periods!

What You’ll Do

- Perform hands-on demolition labouring, including structural demolition, soft strip, and remediation works.
- Complete decontamination, clean-up and waste handling tasks.
- Assist in the safe removal of A & B Class asbestos in line with legislative, site and environmental compliance.




- Work with your supervisor and team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For If you have a Construction White Card, safety-first mindset and are ready to work hard and earn well, we want to hear from you.

You will also

- Be versatile and able to adapt easily when completing new tasks.
- Have the ability to follow procedures and direction.
- Be a reliable team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Holding the following tickets is highly advantageous but not essential. We can provide training for the right candidate!
- Hold Asbestos Class A and B Removal ticket
- Hold EWP tickets – Scissor/Under 11 Boom
- Work Safely at Heights
- Supervisor Asbestos Ticket
- Course in Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention

What You’ll Need

- Undertake and pass a company pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
- Current Australian working rights.
- Current driver’s licence and own reliable transport
