Role Description The design director (healthcare) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Barangaroo. Reporting into the Head of Creative and Production to concept, design and deliver a wide range of outputs. From campaign assets and brand collateral to detailed, high-accuracy layout work.

This role helps shapes the design vision and execution across branding, digital, and integrated campaigns, ensuring all creative outputs align with client objectives and agency standards.

You will be creating polished,



accurate layouts (especially long-form and detail-heavy documents with strong attention to detail to referencing, spelling, formatting)

You will also collaborate with other designers, strategy, content, and account teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Healthcare will be your core focus, so experience in this space is essential. You understand the nuance, compliance considerations and attention to detail required to get it right.

What you’ll bring

· 4-5 years proven experience in a design/creative role within an agency setting

· Strong healthcare/pharma experience (non-negotiable)

· Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

· Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially InDesign

· A sharp eye for detail and layout precision

· The ability to move between conceptual thinking and execution

· Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to have

· Figma or other UI/design tool experience

· Experience using After Effects and Premiere Pro

· Experience working across a mix of industries beyond healthcare
