ABOUT SUGAR DRIP

Sugar Drip is a fast-growing dessert brand expanding across Sydney. We're looking for a Store Manager who will run their store like it's their own. We want someone who takes ownership, thinks for themselves, and cares about every customer leaving happy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and performance of the Belmore store. You will:

- Lead, train and motivate the team, and set the standard on every shift
- Make sure opening and closing SOPs are completed in full, every day
- Manage rostering, staff attendance and shift coverage
- Monitor stock levels and place weekly orders accurately, keeping waste and shortages low
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and presentation standards
- Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally
- Manage cash handling, end-of-day reporting and store records
- Control costs, including stock, labour and wastage
- Work with ownership to hit sales targets and improve store performance
- Step in on the floor, serving customers and preparing desserts and drinks

- Is comfortable with stock ordering, rosters and basic reporting
