About the role

Clubhouse is seeking an experienced, creative and commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of digital marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop ideas, execute campaigns, create compelling content and deliver measurable business results. You'll be responsible for growing awareness, generating qualified leads, increasing bookings and driving revenue across corporate events, Christmas parties, private functions, interactive darts, casual indoor golf bookings, and food and beverage promotions.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube and remarketing

- Manage Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram with targeted campaigns for event enquiries and group bookings

- Develop compelling advertising copy, creative, offers and landing pages

- Implement and maintain conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel

- Monitor cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates and return on advertising spend

- Take ownership of Clubhouse's Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels and develop an engaging social media content strategy

- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality short-form video, Reels and promotional content

- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and manage customer databases for relevant promotions

- Create automated email journeys for new customers, previous visitors and event enquiries

- Develop marketing campaigns for corporate events, Christmas parties, birthdays, team-building activities and private functions to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified event enquiries

- Establish clear marketing KPIs and provide weekly reporting on advertising expenditure, leads, bookings and revenue





- Track marketing-attributed revenue and customer acquisition costs

About you

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, conversions and measurable commercial results

- Solid social media management and content creation skills

- Experience shooting and editing short-form video and photography

- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems and marketing automation

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking and campaign reporting

- Strong copywriting, communication and creative skills

- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
