The Enabling Services team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Level 2 (EL2) Director to join our team. The position is responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver high-quality enabling services that support the work of the PWSS. The role operates in a dynamic and fast paced setting, requiring highly developed leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The Director is responsible for leading and motivating staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture, and building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Working under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Director works closely with the PWSS Executive to provide strategic advice, support organisational decision-making,



and ensure enabling services align with the agency's objectives, governance requirements, and operational needs.

- well-developed leadership and problem-solving skills including the ability to support a team managing competing priorities
- sound judgement and the ability to think strategically and anticipate emerging issues
- excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- the ability to influence outcomes and provide trusted advice to senior leaders, and
- a strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance requirements relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
