At Maryland Care and Early Education Centre, we're passionate about creating a place where children feel safe, families feel connected, and educators feel valued. We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator to join our warm, supportive team!

✨ What you'll do

- Create engaging learning experiences inspired by children's interests.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
- Support children's learning, wellbeing and development.
- Contribute to programming, documentation and continuous improvement.
- Help create a safe, inclusive setting where everyone belongs.

? What you'll bring

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications, including HLTAID012 or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine love of early learning.

Graduate Diploma qualifications will be considered where the underlying Bachelor degree is relevant and the qualification pathway meets ECT requirements.
