We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced female disability support workers to join our team and provide support to a participant living in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist participants with daily living activities and personal care.

- Support with meal preparation, household tasks and medication management.

- Encourage independence and community participation.

- Provide emotional support and companionship.

- Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.

- Work collaboratively with other support workers to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in SIL environments preferred.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check.





- Working with Children Check (if applicable).

- First Aid and CPR certificates.

- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.

- Good communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.

- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and overnight shifts.
