Duties include

- Supporting safe transfers, mobility and positioning when getting into bed.
- Following individual care plans and safe manual handling procedures.
- Completing light household tasks, such as putting dishes away and preparing the home for the following day.
- Providing respectful, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and choice.

- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent (or working towards).
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence.
- Solid communication skills and a professional, respectful approach.

Highly Regarded:

- Experience supporting participants with Multiple Sclerosis or other progressive neurological conditions.
- Experience supporting participants with reduced mobility and complex physical support needs.
- Availability for regular evening shifts and occasional leave coverage.

What We Offer
- Competitive casual rates in accordance with the SCHADS Award.
- Flexible rostering to suit your availability.
- Consistent, ongoing shifts with the same participant.
- Supportive and approachable management.
- A small, growing team that values quality care, communication and positive participant relationships.
