We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Duty Manager to support our Venue Manager in leading day-to-day operations, developing our team and keeping service standards high. What You’ll Be Doing

- Coaching and developing team members to build confidence, capability and consistency across service.

- Delivering exceptional guest experiences by setting the standard for friendly, attentive and engaging hospitality.

- Driving operational performance through solid floor leadership, effective communication and a hands-on approach.

- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, responsible service of alcohol and venue procedures.

- Leading the team through busy services, resolving guest concerns and making confident decisions under pressure.

- Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness and service standards across all areas of operation.

- Managing shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily reporting.

- Supporting the Venue Manager with team performance, training,



rostering and the implementation of operational initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

- A hands-on leader who leads by example and brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to every shift.

- A strong understanding of hospitality operations, service standards and responsible service of alcohol.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

- Experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role within a busy hospitality environment.

- Initiative and sound judgement, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions when it matters.

- Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building a welcoming, team-focused culture.

- Relevant certifications, including a current WA RSA and Approved Manager certification, or the ability to obtain the required credentials.
