This role involves supporting exploration and resource development activities at a client's gold operation in the WA Goldfields. Working on a 15 days on, 13 days off FIFO roster from Perth, you will help prepare drill pads and access tracks, coordinate earthworks activities and provide logistical support for drilling programs. Additionally, you will assist with fieldwork, drill site rehabilitation, and core yard duties as needed.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare drill pads, sumps and access tracks to meet site safety, environmental and heritage requirements.
- Coordinate machinery and supervise earthworks contractors when required.
- Prepare pads ahead of rig moves and maintain safe access for vehicles, drill rigs and contractors.
- Assist with soil sampling, geophysical and heritage surveys, pegging and basic surveying.
- Rehabilitate completed drill sites, including backfilling, scarifying, reinstating tracks and removing infrastructure.
- Assist with sample movement, core storage, yard organisation and sample dispatch.
- Maintain accurate field records, task tracking and data entry.




- Complete daily vehicle checks and assist with basic maintenance and stock control.

About you:

- Recent, relevant experience in exploration, mining or remote field earthworks.
- Willingness and ability to undertake a broad range of physical field duties.
- A current WA C-class manual driver's licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, task tracking and basic reporting.
- Strong safety awareness, transparent communication and accurate recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently across large field areas and within a small team.

Highly regarded:
- Knowledge of drill pad construction, track formation and remote access logistics.
- Experience supervising contractors or machinery operators.
- Field experience in rehabilitation, survey assistance or drilling support.
- Relevant licences or tickets for loader, forklift or backhoe operation.
- QGIS knowledge and GPS operation skills.
- A current First Aid certificate.
