With 76 kindergartens and early learning services across Melbourne, our team of 1100+ dedicated people work together to create joyful and enriching learning experiences with the safeguarding of children at the centre of everything we do. We are currently seeking passionate Bachelor-qualified, Diploma, and Certificate III Educators to join our sessional kindergarten teams across Melbourne's Northern Suburbs, including services in Wollert and Donnybrook.

With a range of permanent part-time opportunities available, this is an exciting time to join ECMS as we continue to expand and prepare to welcome new kindergarten services in 2027.

About you

- You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
- You are open to learning and understanding the unique needs, strengths, and backgrounds of every child.
- You are a critical thinker who works collaboratively within a team environment.
- You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
- You lead with kindness, respect and professionalism in all interactions with children, families and the team.
- You have a strong understanding of Mandatory Reporting obligations.
- You hold an ACECQA approved qualification on early childhood education, a current WWCC or VIT, Mandatory Reporting Certificate, Foundations of Child Safety training certificate, Police Check, and First Aid in an Education and Care Setting certificate.
