$100–$115/hr flat super on all hours

About the Opportunity

Elcore Electrics is looking for an experienced Schedule 26 Electrical Supervisor to lead our crews in the Goldfields. You’ll report to our Senior Project Manager and support them on the project management side.

You’ll be supervising across three concurrent workstreams:

- Process plant refurbishment: brownfields upgrades and modifications within an operating plant

- Greenfields construction: new electrical installation from early works through to commissioning

- Site-wide infrastructure and NPI: power distribution, site services and non-process infrastructure

On the ground, you own the crew, compliance, safety and quality. You’ll also support the Senior PM with planning, materials, reporting and client coordination. We’re expanding quickly, and we want supervisors who grow with us into bigger project roles.

The role is set up as a 2:1 roster, but we’re happy to discuss even time or other rosters for the right person.

Site Supervision (Schedule 26)

- Act as the appointed S26 statutory electrical supervisor

- Lead electrical and instrumentation crews, including subcontractors

- Oversee construction, installation, testing and commissioning works

- Ensure compliance with site, statutory and safety requirements

- Maintain statutory logbooks, test records, ITPs and compliance documentation





- Run prestarts and toolbox talks, and drive a robust safety culture

Project Management Support

- Support the Senior Project Manager with look-ahead schedules, manning and resource forecasts

- Prepare work packs and MTOs, and coordinate material orders

- Liaise with client engineers and site management

- Track progress against program and raise variations early

- Contribute to progress reporting and claims

- Plan and coordinate commissioning and handover

What You’ll Need

Mandatory

- WA Electrical Licence

- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate

- Proven electrical construction and commissioning experience

- Supervisory experience on mine sites or in heavy industrial plant

- Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics and P&IDs;

- Manual driver’s licence

- Pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Highly regarded
- Project management support experience: planning, materials, subcontractors, reporting

- Greenfields construction from early works to handover

- HV Switching and HV experience

- Instrumentation commissioning experience
