Role Description The ERP Project Manager is a full time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end ERP implementations across client organizations. This role involves planning and managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business requirements, mapping and optimizing business processes, overseeing system configuration, and ensuring data integrity during migration.

The ERP Project Manager will monitor project risks and issues, provide regular status updates,



and drive user training and adoption to ensure successful deployment and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess requirements, and support decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial oversight for technology projects.
- Ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proven project management experience, preferably in IT or ERP-related projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in remote settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with change management, user training, and post-implementation support is beneficial.
