Surf Life Saving NSW seeks a Club Capability Coordinator (Training & Education) to work with clubs and volunteers, turning training needs into practical support.
Based at Belrose, you will identify training needs, strengthen trainer capacity, and coordinate delivery while guiding a recent administration support pilot for priority clubs.You will recruit and support casual trainers, monitor progress, and report outcomes to the Club Services Manager.
