About the role

This newly created role will lead Pioneer’s events and social media program, connecting growers, industry influencers, and customers across Australia.

Based in our Brisbane Support Office, you'll manage projects from strategy and concept through to execution, delivering engaging experiences and content that drive measurable results.

You'll be part of a high-performing marketing team, working closely with colleagues across Australia and New Zealand. A genuine passion for agriculture is a big plus, along with a desire to build authentic connections, celebrate customer success, and create memorable experiences that bring people together online and in person.

Key responsibilities

- Lead national conferences, regional crop forums, regional events, field walks and industry activations

- Manage event strategy, budgets, suppliers, logistics and on-site delivery

- Create, capture and publish engaging social media content, including photography,



short-form video and written content

- Manage external agencies, content partners and industry relationships

- Measure event and social media performance, using insights to improve engagement and return on investment

- Coach and support the Marketing Support Officer in event delivery and execution

About you

You’re a proactive, organised marketer who combines robust event management skills with hands-on content creation and a commercial mindset.

You’ll bring

- At least five years’ relevant experience in events, marketing, communications or a related field

- Proven experience delivering complex events from planning through to execution

- Strong project management, budgeting and stakeholder management skills

- Experience creating and managing social media content, scheduling and analytics

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

- Experience in agriculture, rural industries or B2B marketing (desirable)
